General Director of Ethiopian Health Insurance Service Ato Tesfaye Worku said that it is very important for the organization to be efficient and effective by implementing the tools of change. Therefore, having an understanding focused on the Kaizen philosophy in terms of the implementation and use of change tools, adequate understanding of employee performance evaluation and the creation of comfortable work, and working as part of the work will streamline the service delivery. He said that as an institution, we should continue to develop and improve people and mentally prepare them for their work. Our plans should be SMART / specific, measurable, Achievable, relevant and time bound / stressed the general director. She said that we should take the results of the study as a resource and adjust it according to the situation of our work and work department.
