In the discussion, Mrs. Worksemu Mamo, Chairperson of the Standing Committee of Health, Social Development, Culture and Sports of the house of people representative of FDRE, said that although 80% of our country's health policy is prevention, we have the responsibility to treat and save 20% of the sick people. Shae also said that one of the tasks which is given that they do, when they save them, is to maintain the fairness and quality of citizens' access to health. It is a health insurance program where a lot of effort has been put into implementing to make many members to beneficiaries of CBHI. She also added that such studies are important so that they do not talk about the problems raised by the society randomly and roughly. The General Director of Ethiopian Health Insurance Service, Tesfaye Worku, said that this type of research is the first for their institution. It helps us to identify the defect and focus on it. He also said that they will work together with the Ministry of Health's research department and university institutions to solve problems. Mrs. Yamrot Andulaem, the Deputy General Director of the Ethiopian Health Insurance Service, thanked those who participated in the study as it was the first time that the study was done by health insurance and was supported by information technology. By sharing the indicative results of the study with various institutions, they will work hard to satisfy the users of community-based health insurance. She added that as an institution, taking the research as a foundation, they can fix the gaps in their next activities, get to work, and make knowledge-based decisions.
